What kind of clinic is FRONT?

FRONT is a specialist brain and performance clinic focused on early detection, recovery, and optimisation of brain health. We combine advanced diagnostics with targeted therapies in a quiet, low-volume clinical environment.

Who is suitable for FRONT?

We specialise in concussion and acquired brain trauma — not just injuries, but trauma driven by inflammation, addiction, and hypoxia. If you have an active ACC claim with persistent symptoms, our objective diagnostics are designed for you.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Clients can self-book directly. Where appropriate, we also collaborate with GPs, specialists, and allied health providers.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit focuses on assessment and orientation. This may include clinical history, baseline measurements, and setting up any required monitoring. Everything is explained clearly, and nothing is rushed.

How long are my appointments?

Appointments are scheduled and staggered, typically lasting 45–90 minutes depending on the service. There are no crowded waiting rooms or walk-ins.

How many people are at the clinic at once?

FRONT has a 10 patient capacity at any one time. The space is designed to operate as a low-traffic clinic with only 5 assessment rooms available at one time, in addition to 5 seats in the hyperbaric chamber rooms.

Is FRONT a hospital or overnight facility?

No. FRONT is not a hospital. In rare clinical situations, a single overnight observation may be recommended, but this is infrequent and highly controlled, not a routine part of care.

What treatments do you offer?

Treatments may include advanced diagnostics, sleep and oxygen monitoring, cognitive assessment, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and recovery protocols tailored to your needs. All care plans are personalised.

What hyperbaric oxygen therapy safe?

Yes. HBOT is a well-established therapy when used appropriately. At FRONT, it is delivered using medical-grade systems with clinical oversight and clear safety protocols.

Will I be supervised?

Yes. All sessions are clinically supervised, with systems designed to prioritise safety, comfort, and clarity at every step.

Where will I park?

Clients have access to free dedicated on-site parking, located immediately next to the building lift for easy, stress-free access.

Absolutely. FRONT is designed for efficient, scheduled care, minimal waiting, clear plans, and technology-enabled monitoring so you spend less time in clinics and more time living.

This decoherence is linked to various circadian-driven brain conditions, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s disease, neurodevelopmental and mood disorders. Beyond the human cost, these conditions carry a vast economic burden, estimated at $3.5 billion/pa in NZ alone.

I founded FRONT with a simple mission: intervene earlier, measure continuously, and treat causes, not symptoms. By combining continuous diagnostics with timed hyperbaric therapy, what we refer to as chronobaric medicine, FRONT aims to prevent decline before disease takes hold and give New Zealanders back years of cognitive health.
